When I don't select "skip" in Special:ImportCSV, and a title exists but is a redirect, it would be nice for the import to work on the target title instead.

Currently being a redirect doesn't matter: http://wikipapers.referata.com/w/index.php?title=Beyond_Wikipedia:_Coordination_and_conflict_in_online_production_groups&diff=prev&oldid=32893
