It's out! "bug 1234" in comments sometimes would not become a link if word-wrapping happened between "bug" and the number. (Bug 514703)
Somebody seems to have upgraded us to 3.4.5. Bugzilla began pestering me today that not all settings are configured yet.
Would seem to be, yup (front page says as much) Seems to be various broken things, see bug 22661
Seeing as this has not been closed as fixed, and 3.4.6 is now out, repurposing! http://www.bugzilla.org/releases/3.4.6/release-notes.html http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/webtools/bugzilla-3.4.5-to-3.4.6.diff.gz
Also keep in mind that 3.6 is in RC status right now and has a lot of shiny new things :)
3.6 was released on 13/04/2010
The extensions would be nice... https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:Addons#Bugzilla_Extensions Maybe do the IRC bot via some better way..
In general we can do nicer things with Bugzilla now, since Priyanka setup the API. Would be nice to see things like auto-comments from Subversion.
(In reply to comment #6) > The extensions would be nice... > > https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:Addons#Bugzilla_Extensions > > Maybe do the IRC bot via some better way.. I remember suggesting that awhile ago before the upgrade (but those extensions where listed there) and the current way was chosen because of something to do with how the bot keeps its connection open to check things (or something).
NB 3.4.7 is out, with some bugfixes and a security advisory. Certainly need that to upgrade from 3.4.5
3.6.2 and 3.4.8 are out http://www.bugzilla.org/releases/3.4.8/
So far none of the security advisories look alarming or even really applicable to our situation, but the new shiny in 3.6.x would still be nice, and there have been a fair number of bugfixes.
Bugzilla upgraded. Priyanka is verifying.
