The feedback forms were not meant to be resizable, and that function should be disabled, if feasible. One of the problems with making the forms resizable is that it's possible for a user to accidentally obscure key form elements and not know how to undo them. We've observed this problem on Firefox 11 for Windows 7, as well as on Firefox 9 as well as on Safari and Chrome for the Mac Lion OS.

Presumably it's the absence of "resize: none ;" in articleFeedbackv5.css?
