Is this about ULS messages only? Those live on GitHub so they follow the usual export cycle for non-MediaWiki projects (exported once in a week or two).

There is no LU for jQuery libraries. See comment 1.

I said we reverted a revision since but since Jan till now it doesn't effected in wikipedia

Random, RandomPage should be صفحه_تصادفی but now in fa.wiki it is ویژه:برگه‌ی تصادفی
