{{REVISIONID}} doesn't work steadily on de.wikisource. There were several attempts to use it in links or just as a stand-alone on pages in different namespaces, see the given URL or http://de.wikisource.org/w/index.php?title=Wikisource:Skriptorium&diff=48443&oldid=48433 In some cases, especially in newly created pages, REVISIONID seems to work, but I wasn't able to find out another pattern. (See also bug 6223)
{{REVISIONID}} still doesn't work in the articles-namespace.

http://de.wikisource.org/wiki/Drei_Register_Arithmetischer_ahnfeng_zur_Practic:008 on bottom of the page: "Empfohlene Zitierweise"
Bizarre. I pasted the following into "Sandbox" on the wiki, and it worked as expected. ; Alone : {{REVISIONID}} ; URL : {{fullurl:{{FULLPAGENAME}}|oldid={{REVISIONID}}}}
It only doesn't work, if there are any of the tags <references /> or <ref> in the article.
I think this is because of the way the revision id field on the parser object gets overridden when called. Will poke it while working on related issues. Added a test case to citeParserTests.txt in r15501.
Fixed on trunk in r15507.

That's because it hasn't been taken live yet.
