I can confirm with the released app on my Nexus One (2.3.7); the "how did you improve the article" section briefly flashes on screen but then only the preview is visible; scrolling up reveals the section again. (I also see some bad visual artifacting after using the 'other' box; the input fragment doesn't quite go away properly after filling it in and it obscures the section again -- and floats over the preview if you scroll back down)
