This filter should include only feedback with commentary which is not marked as resolved or abuse (ranked after usefulness). So editors can easily find good feedback to improve an article.
Also a filter to hide resolved feedback (in opposite to show only resolved) should be implemented.

Feature request => setting severity to "enhancement".
