The summery says it all, there's not much else I can go into except instead of the tag being 'Recreated', it could also be 'Title Reused' in the case that an article is deleted, then recreated with a different subject in mind.
Previous summary "If when browsing through logs(like Recent Changes) if that a page was deleted, and it is then created again, that instead of it being listed as Created, it should be listed as Recreated, and possibly specify under what previous policy it was deleted." Please don't use insanely long bug summaries. It's unsightly in e-mails and makes it hard to sort through bugs. IMHO this feature isn't useful. What kind of example use do you have for it? Also, I find it adds a semantic meaning to something which doesn't always mean that. And as for 'Title Reused' if you're agreeing that the semantic meaning of 'Recreated' doesn't always fit, what is the use of knowing if a title is reused? I find it's hardly something relevant.
Okay, well, according to the opinions of several others at the village pump, they would find it immensly useful. The diff to the last comment to the thread can be found [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Village_pump_(proposals)&curid=3706897&diff=231469914&oldid=231466734 here]. Many that are in support of the feature have stated that it would make page patrol easier, as to the title reused note, that was due to a comment by another user found [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia%3AVillage_pump_%28proposals%29&diff=231348786&oldid=231344801 here]. As to the example, it would make page patrolling easier.

Changed component to "RecentChanges"
