When I googled Wikipedia to research a favorite anime, "Fruits Basket," I clicked on footnote link #89-The one regarding paper cranes being sent by Funimation, and got sent to a website that at first appeared to related. Some of the words were related to the story, some were not. But further clicking on the subcatagories just got nowhere. No clicking anywhere on that website yielded anything about the story, "Fruits Basket." And worse then that, it was impossible to get back to Wikipedia or even out of the website.
Bugzilla is meant for problems in the software that is used to run Wikipedia. This issue is not an issue with the software. The problem lies with the linked website first, and perhaps with the inclusion of the linked website into the specific Wikipedia article. The article in question can be edited to remove that footnote if indeed it is harmful. Try the talk page of the article, or one of the community boards of Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Community_portal
and thus invalid.
