I noticed that when using rollback on MediaWiki.org, I had to approve the change. I'm pretty sure autoreview is supposed to handle that...
I forgot to post the log entry: https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Help:Extension:Translate/Translation_example&action=history (cur | prev) 23:51, 18 March 2012 Krenair (Talk | contribs | block) m . . (10,677 bytes) (+50) . . (Reverted edits by Krenair (talk) to last revision by Geitost) (rollback | undo) [checked by Krenair] Notice the "checked by Krenair" instead of "automatically checked".
The rollback was made to an unchecked version, so it was not reviewed. If someone rollback a revert of change X as unjustified, I don't think it can be assumed that change X should be reviewed automatically.
