When trying to register a wiki one gets the following notice: Notice: Use of undefined constant occurrences - assumed 'occurrences' in /.../extensions/SMW-Registry/includes/SMWRegistrySQL.php on line 155 As a result I get the following message: Semantic MediaWiki could not be found at http://cacertberlin.wikihoster.net/whn/ (either the page Special:Version was not found at all, or SMW's version could not be determined from that page).
Confirmed. The issue is that the SMWRegistry has not been installed on the new server yet.
I believe too that this may very well be the cause of the problem. ;)
I believe that this should not be on the back burner for too long. Thus changing importance to "high".
The following error variant or new error behaviour was reported for 1.8.0.1: "An error occurred: Could not find any recent version of SMW." See [1] [1] http://semantic-mediawiki.org/wiki/Thread:Talk:Registry/Register_Wiki_error
Changing importance from high major to a more realistic normal normal. There is nothing to justify top importance after this period of time since the bug was opened.
I have opened an issue report [1] to consolidate the existing bugs concerning the Wiki registration. Thus closing as RESOLVED FIXED here. [1] https://github.com/SemanticMediaWiki/SemanticMediaWiki/issues/219
FYI: We have a different issue for this on Github now: [1] [1] https://github.com/SemanticMediaWiki/SemanticMediaWiki/issues/83
