QuantityValue currently uses absolute string position to indicate the last significant digit in the decimal. This is annoying because the number of significant digits of two decimals are not comparable (they are influenced by the number of digits before the decimal point). Using an exponent to indicate the digit would be much more handy: -1 would be the first digit after the decimal point, 0 the first before the decimal point, and so on. DecimalMath should use the same for rounding.
