If on ee-flow labs instance I filter RecentChanges by User_talk namespace, the first few changes don't have an <h4> date heading and aren't in a <ul> tag, so they aren't indented. This only seems to happen for the main and User_talk namespaces where we have Flow boards, so I think it's related to Flow. Or it could be they have an unexpected timestamp and the page processing doesn't group them.
