Currently the CSS is minimized by hand on meta-wiki. <https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Www.wikipedia.org_template&action=history> Is it possibile to do this automatically (e.g. a script that minimizes the entire page) when fetching source codes from the page on meta?
Is this a support question (technically possible) or a request to fix this (you know it IS technically possible and you ask for fixing it)? :)

Have you asked on the Talk page?
Yishen: Have you asked on https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Www.wikipedia.org_template ?
Unfortunately closing this report as no further information has been provided - see comment 3 to comment 5. Thanks!
I think ResourceLoader has a module for minifying CSS/JS.
