Created attachment 15721 [details] Why did it merge that subsection heading into the paragraph I was typing? Steps to reproduce: 1. Start editing a page with existing section headings. Create a new paragraph above one of the section headings. 2. At some point, it looks like the ==Section heading== has accidentally been merged to the paragraph that you're typing. It's no longer present below (just a blank line where it had been), and the text of the section heading is now (in paragraph formatting) in the paragraph you're typing. 3. Assume it's your fault (did you backspace?), and clean it up. Replace the missing section heading. Finish typing your paragraph, if necessary; you might have to do this a couple of times if the error recurs. 4. Save the page. 5. Check the diff, e.g., https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Candy_making&diff=prev&oldid=614021270 6. Ask yourself, why are there three section headings named ==Safety== in a row? If you don't replace the "missing" section heading, then everything works out: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Candy&diff=614296008&oldid=614177828 All of the attachments are from this diff. I've only seen this in Firefox.
