When editing a page, at the bottom it says "Cancel | Editing help (opens in new window)". Clicking on Editing help takes the user to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Editing_pages instead of the wiki's own [[Help:Editing]] page.
Thanks for taking the time to report this! I don't see any "Editing help" on https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Prague&action=edit - what are exact steps to reproduce this?
New MediaWiki versions point to the Help:Editing pages on mediawiki.org, because new wikis don't have such content. If you want it to point to your local wiki, just edit [[MediaWiki:edithelppage]] and change it to the local title of your help page (it doesn't need to be an external URL - just "Help:Editing" would work)
Below the edit box, just to the right of the Save page, Show Preview, Show Changes buttons the link is in Cancel | "Editing help(opens in new window)". It was a red link to begin with. I had followed it to create a local Help:Editing. Thanks, it's now fixed, by changing the external URL to just Help:Editing as suggested.
The Help link in the sidebar also links off-site to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Contents even though the local wiki's original Help:Contents page is still intact. How to fix this please?
Edit MediaWiki:Helppage to fix it.
