See https://office.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?diff=118847&oldid=118846 Steps to reproduce: 1. Start with a paragraph that says "Foo '''bar''' baz blah blah". 2. Cut paragraph. 3. Paste paragraph elsewhere. 4. Notice that it now says ""Foo '''bar'''baz blah blah" (i.e., minus one space immediately after the word in bold-face formatting). This also happened with <mark> formatting. This edit was made in Safari 6 on Mac OS 10.8.5. I was not immediately able to reproduce this in Firefox 32.
